A patent-pending process allows the individual to grant any party of their choosing access to their background check. Viewed through our secure website, the results cannot be altered in any way. Past-Employ.com was introduced in 2005 to address the strain that increasing volumes of incoming employment and salary verifications place on organizations we serve. Recognizing that these interruptions did not help drive our customers core business objectives forward, Past-Employ.com was designed to take this burden on and free HR and payroll resources to pursue revenue generating activities. An alternative to The Work Number, Past-Employ.com provides free employment verification services to employers. Past-Employ.com offers a simple and secure business process improvement that reduces verification time and liability.
In 2007, I-9 compliance and applicant tracking/talent management services were added to the Pre-employ.com Family of Companies Suite of Services.
Our I-9 Compliance offering adds features such as instant I-9 entry validation, duplication alerts, audit logs, tentative non-confirmation compliance, digital form I-9 storage, automated expiration notices, printable PDFs and many other features not found in paper based or the E-verify system.
