Will we lose any features moving from the Legacy portal to Apollo?

Rest assured, you won’t lose any of your favorite features! In fact, we’ve made things even better by introducing new and improved features like enhanced reporting capabilities and an interactive dashboard.

Do I need to update my login credentials?

Great news! Your login credentials will stay the same. The only change you’ll notice is the login page URL.

Can we expect any changes to the comprehensive report?

The Comprehensive Report has a new and improved format, including color-coded statuses to bring immediate attention to what needs review and grouping of search types to make it easier to find what you are looking for.

What if I need help navigating the new portal?

Will my saved data and preferences be transferred over?

Yes! All of the information and preferences inside of the Legacy portal will be reflected in the Apollo platform.
